Trip Info

All Float Trips Start at our Launch Area/ Boat Rental, "The Top" (3850 Co, Rd. 175) No parking Here!

1st time guests:

  • Come to the Launch Area.
  • Choose which float (long, or short), and we will tell you where to park.
  • We will shuttle you from the parking area back to the launch area.
  • All Floats end at one of the 2 Parking Areas.
    ​~ You Float to your vehicle!
    If you have a personal boat, you must drop it off at the launch area before parking, we do not haul personal boats.

Trip Information

Long Float - 6-7 miles, it takes approximately 6 hours.  

Shuttles run from 8 am til 12 pm. 

There are many places to stop along the way to swim, fish, or picnic, so your trip can be as long as you want it to be, but  

You must be at our take-out by 7 pm.

Short Float- Trip takes approximately 3-4 Hours.

Float trips are fun for all ages!  Small children can ride in a double kayak with adults, older children can rent their own kayak.  

For more details give us a call.
All boat rentals include paddle and life jacket.
For small children, we recommend that you bring a life jacket (supplies are limited)

Directions & Maps

Tips/ What to Bring:

  • Cooler (small soft type is ideal)
  • Ice
  • Plenty of water/ drinks
  • Bungee cord (to strap cooler, etc. on the boat)
  • Water shoes
  • Lunch/ snacks
  • Dry bag or box (at least one per group is recommended), so many car keys reside at the bottom of the creek!
  • Sunscreen, hat, etc.
  • Fishing pole, tackle, etc.
  • Trash Bag (potato sacks work best, we usually have some available, if you don't see them, just ask).
